What we’re looking for:
FundersClub is looking for a Content Marketing Manager and Writer to oversee the entire content creation process. This is a great opportunity to observe and understand the inner workings of a rapidly growing startup whose mission is to create a pathway for other startups to grow, and to involve more people in startups. If you have a passion for knowing and learning about all things tech, startups, and venture capital, and want to combine that with writing cool and original content, then come join us!
You Will:
* Oversee the entire content creation process
* Have the opportunity to engage people globally and become the authoritative source and education hub for the brand new capability of online startup investing and fundraising
* Observe and understand the inner workings of a rapidly growing startup
* Network, connect with, address, interview, and have access to high caliber founders, CEOs, and investors
* Write cool stuff! You will get to create content that is topically fascinating and original
* Be the go-to-source of what’s trending in technology
* Create infographics, interviews, podcasts, videos, interactive features, and more
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
* Worked for a startup
* Written nonfiction - articles, interviews, etc.
* 1+ years of experience editing other people’s work
* Experience hiring and managing contract writers and/or other content creators
* Experience talking with customers
* Experience creating content with a goal of driving traffic, engagement, sharing, or other business metrics
* Previously delivered more than just written articles (e.g. podcasts, interviews, videos, infographics, ebooks, and/or online courses)
