About the Job
We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer (m/f) to join our team in Moscow! You are responsible for the monitoring and the implementation of a Compliance Management System, the coordination of compliance audit activities and the communication of expectations and reporting results. You proactively identify operational and financial risks within the company and propose adequate and efficient controls to mitigate gaps. Furthermore you investigate complaints and coordinate action plans with other departments by interviewing internal and external customers periodically.
Who we´re looking for
After earning your university degree in an economics-related field with strong focus on finance you will have gained at least 5 years of work experience preferably in a well-respected international company or audit/consulting firm. You possess very strong skills in the implementation of Compliance Management Systems (experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a huge plus), a hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working, and logical thinking skills. You are able to obtain fast solutions and work independently. Moreover, you feel confident with big volume of data and all MS-Office programs, especially Excel. Furthermore, you appreciate a dynamic work environment that matches your goal-oriented way of working. Excellent English skills complete your profile.
