What we’re looking for:
Position Description: The Client Account Representative builds and maintains positive relationships between the company and our clients. This is a full time, contract position that may require occasional travel.
Primary Objectives:
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Performs software training and troubleshooting as needed.
- Visit client site(s) as needed for implementation/go-live, training, and relationship building.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Experience with physician office or physician billing preferred. Experience with Salesforce is a big plus. Experiene in Healthcare a big plus. Being a quick study and ‘getting it’ is a big plus. Belives that customer service makes all the difference « major plus ».
