We are currently seeking a motivated Business Development Intern for Indonesia (m/f) who is keen to be part of an entrepreneurial organization. This position is an exciting and extraordinary opportunity to be at the root of a fast growing ans constantly developing company. You will gain an inside in perspective on an internet start-up, learn day-to-day management and build functional expertise. The analyst should be a highly motivated individual that is interested in entrepreneurship, e-commerce, HR and is able to quickly assume a great deal of responsibility. In this role, the analyst will gain deep insight into how start-ups operate, and will have the opportunity to work alongside an international team with a strong track record. Furthermore he/she will have to rotate across departments to identify improvement areas across key functions like recruitment, sales and quality controls. Additional the analyst has to identify areas for improvement in internal processes and design new processes. It will provide you with immense opportunities for initiative, creation and leadership. High performing analysts will have the opportunity to return for full-time employment. Ideally you have already successfully obtained a Bachelor´s or Master´s degree from university. You are highly motivated and you have an absolute hands-on mentality, exceptional analytic skills and strong communication skills. The internship requires independence, ambition and professionalism. An interest in e-commerce, real estate or start-ups is highly preferable. You have a clear interest in people and are motivated to work in a start-up environment. Flexibility and speed are also important to you. You are fluent in English. Furthermore, you are excited to work in an inspiring and developing country like Saudi Arabia.
