Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities include managing communications with clients, database development and management, improving the Program Team’s day-to-day productivity, and providing back-up support within the office.
Candidates will be expected to handle a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Data entry/transfer within Salesforce, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Doodle (meeting scheduling software), UserVoice (customer service software), and other programs
- Preparing documents for managers and colleagues (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and others)
- Calendar and schedule management
- Document file management
- Event and meeting coordination
- Involvement in strategic projects, including social media marketing
- Respond to client inquiries about our products and services
- Perform a wide range of administrative and routine office duties
Qualifications and Experience
- Two-years of experience supporting senior level executives or office administration is preferred. But, the individual’s skill level and attitude are the paramount considerations.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM.
- Candidates must have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail-oriented.
- A successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities with quality results.
- Ability to apply discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must demonstrate a high level of computer “efficiency”. MS Office and social media must be second nature.
- Highly dependable and strong professional demeanor.
- Demonstrates initiative, follow-through and an ability to anticipate needs.
- Consistent desire to go the extra mile and do more than what is asked, never less.
- Prior experience with a startup company is a plus.
