This is a small eco-lodge at the southern tip of the Osa Peninsula. We maintain organic gardens, sustainable buildings and manage our property to be in harmony with the nature all around us. We are seeking travellers or garden help, support in the kitchen, website updating and photography and other creative projects.

In coming to one of the "wildest" places in Costa Rica, you will have the opportunity to experience the environment and wildlife in some of their most natural aspects. while we are an off-grid property in an off grid area, we have managed, through solar power and appropriate technology, to create a very comfortable and sustainable living experience. Also, while we are an ex-patriot, north american owned facility, we are steeped in local costa rican, spanish language environment.
We desire to match up travellers with the areas of help that best match their interests and experience. Based on this philosophy, we can give specifics of help needed based on traveler's desires but the areas checked above are most of the areas that we have projects happening where we could use assistance. So one could be helping to plant, tend and renovate the property's landscape, or help us revamp our online presence or help in the kitchen with meals for resident volunteers, or choose a needed and achievable project based on mutual agreement.

In exchange for your work, you will be provided a bed in a small bunk house, access to a flush toilet and gas powered hot shower in the main house and food (most often vegan and vegetarian) is provided there as well. Meals tend to be communal or helper generated affairs.
We request 20 hours per week of help. We allow you to choose your own hours in order to enable you to fully experience all that this area has to offer – beautiful nature hikes, surfing, fishing, swimming, music, art, whatever feeds your soul. Our property is 30 minutes away from Puerto Jimenez which is the closest town to our area. There is a collective taxi that passes by on the main road twice a day , in addition to this hitchhicking is always an option for getting where you need to go.
